Hi, I’m Ricke D. Bonham

My goal is to share skills and know how when it comes to buying or selling real estate for the everyday person. Skills, tools as well as strategies that will save you time and some serious coin in your pursuit to buy, sell or to become a licensed agent.

I began a career in Real Estate in the State of California in 1985, procured my Brokers License in 1993 to date. I have helped many friends, buyers and sellers close their Real Estate transactions over those years. 

California is my home, I live on rural acreage, enjoy solar living, gardening, wildlife and all that comes with being a good steward of the environment in this country life.
